How do I find an item?

If you know the item number, you can search for it in the search box in the upper right corner. Otherwise, simply describe the product you are seeking for using keywords. Try searching by using one keyword at a time.

How do I place an order?

After placing all the items into the shopping cart, you can follow the directions to place an order.

Is there a minimum for online orders?

Currently, the minimum to place an order is $100.

When does my credit card get charged for my order?

Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped out.

How is my order shipped?

Fantastic Craft ships via Fedex Ground. However, we do ship with UPS Ground and USPS after you have provided with your own account number.

What is your return or damaged item policy?

All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please fill out the Report Claim Form under the Resources tab above. You may also contact our Customer Service Department at 718-439-9889 or our toll free number at 888-667-8886. In addition, you may email us at sales@fantasticcraft.com. We do not accept returns without prior notification.

Do we accept payment online?

Yes, your payment information will be transferred directly through our secure system.

What type of credit card(s) do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards; American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

Besides credit card, what other payment method do you accept?

We accept checks and Net 30 terms (subject to approval). For any other method of payment, please contact our customer service department at 718-439-9889.

Could I apply for Net 30 terms?

Yes. Submit a copy of your credit sheet and tax ID through the credit application under the Resource tab. If you do not have a copy of your credit sheet, you can fill out the Credit Application form. Additionally, you may fax a copy of your credit sheet or tax ID certificate at 718-439-8824 or email it to sales@fantasticcraft.com.
